We take your concerns seriously and have established a clear procedure for handling grievances.
How to Raise a Grievance
You may raise any grievances related to your data, credit reports, or consent withdrawal by writing tosupport@moneyone.in.
Escalation Matrix
If your grievance is not resolved within the stipulated time, you may escalate the issue as follows:
- Level 1: Grievance Officer – support@moneyone.in
- Level 2: Compliance Head – bhargava@moneyone.in
- Level 3: Director of Engineering – anil@moneyone.in
Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Initial Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours.
- Resolution of General Data Requests: Within 7 working days.
- Resolution of Credit Report-Related Grievances: Within 15 working days.
- Escalation Response: Within 5 working days from escalation.
